With 4 hours surly something will be useful. Not so true. The fist section (about 40 minutes) is good information - techniques and training. But after that - I turned it off - I couldn't stand to look at the old woman talking about masturbation. Reminded me of the 70s. I did watch most of it and I will use some of what they showed me. But it isn't exactly what they promised. Fire in the valley? No, but it has potential
